She works with adolescents & adults on issues such as Marital/Relationship Counselling, Learning Disabilities, Stress Management, Child/Teen Counselling & uses techniques including Cognitive-behavioural therapy, Behavioural, Humanistic, Psychodynamic therapy, Eclectic therapy, Client- Centered Therapy, Non-directive therapy and also a Mindfulness-based approach.
