Ms. Japneet Makkar is a RCI licensed Clinical Psychologist, with an M.Phil and M.A in Clinical Psychology. She has over 6 years of experience in clinical setups, working with adolescents and adults. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Behavioural Therapy (BT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Positive Psychology. She has worked with adolescents and adults on issues including Depression, Anxiety, Stress Management and more.
